📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process and verify invoices from vendors and suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Manage accounts payable, including payment processing, reconciliation, and follow-up on outstanding payments.
• Maintain and update accounts payable records using ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly and quarterly financial reports, including accounts payable aging reports.
• Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure timely and accurate tax filings and payments.
• Stay up-to-date with tax laws and regulations, and provide input on tax-related matters.
• Support the finance team in audits and reconciliations as needed.
• Handle vendor communications, including invoicing, payment confirmations, and follow-up on any discrepancies.
