📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Xero.
• Process payroll and ensure compliance with Indonesian tax laws.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and provide management with financial analysis.
• Ensure compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage bank reconciliations and ensure accurate record-keeping.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting for the restaurant.
• Provide financial support to the operations team as needed.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement financial strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Xero.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
