📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing store operations, including inventory control, staff scheduling, and sales targets.,Train and develop store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.,Oversee daily store activities, including opening and closing procedures, and ensuring compliance with company policies.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage reordering processes to ensure optimal inventory levels.,Collaborate with the regional manager to implement company-wide initiatives and programs.,Participate in store audits and quality control processes to maintain high standards of store presentation and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Strong understanding of retail operations and customer service principles.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using computer systems and software for inventory management and reporting.,Knowledge of local market trends and consumer behavior is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and regulations is an advantage.
