Sentral Anggi Spareparts is looking for a dedicated Banquet Staff to join our team. As a Banquet Staff, you will be responsible for creating and executing banquet menus, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable dining experience for our clients. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and execute banquet menus based on client preferences and dietary restrictions,Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages,Supervise and train banquet staff to ensure high standards of service,Ensure cleanliness and presentation of food and dining areas,Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently,Work with the sales team to understand client needs and expectations,Assist in inventory management and procurement of food and beverage items,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the banquet department

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Minimum of 1 year of experience in banquet services or a related field,Strong organizational and multitasking skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of food and beverage safety and hygiene standards,Familiarity with basic kitchen equipment and techniques,Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
