📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage departmental operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.,Lead and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.,Develop and implement strategies to improve departmental performance and achieve organizational goals.,Coordinate with other departments to align efforts and achieve common objectives.,Monitor and analyze departmental performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior management.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.,Represent the department in meetings and events as needed.,Handle departmental budgeting and financial planning.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management role.,Proven track record of successful department management.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using office software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and practices is a plus.
