📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide high-quality hemodialysis treatment to patients, adhering to medical protocols and best practices.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust treatment parameters as needed.
• Administer medications and fluids as prescribed by the physician.
• Document patient care and treatment details accurately and promptly.
• Collaborate with the medical team to ensure patient safety and comfort.
• Perform routine maintenance and sterilization of dialysis equipment.
• Assist in patient education and counseling on dialysis treatment and lifestyle management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing (S1 Keperawatan) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in hemodialysis nursing.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
