📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.,Answer and direct incoming calls and emails to the appropriate departments.,Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accurate records are maintained.,Handle front desk operations, including reservations and room assignments.,Assist with event planning and coordination, including setting up and tearing down event spaces.,Maintain a clean and organized reception area.,Provide information about the company's services and facilities.,Handle any other duties as assigned by the management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or customer service role.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Basic computer skills, including email and word processing software.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Familiarity with hotel or office reception procedures and protocols.
