NOVA Berjaya is looking for a talented and motivated Lead Junior Accountant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting tasks and providing support to our finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and a passion for learning and growing within the finance industry.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and reports,Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns,Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts,Support the finance team in financial analysis and planning,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations,Provide training and support to junior staff in accounting tasks,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts,Assist in the preparation of management accounts

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related field,Knowledge of accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia,Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
