📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage live chat interactions to provide excellent customer service
• Process orders and ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
• Support the e-commerce platform by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote products and services
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer service
• Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, live chat support, or e-commerce
• Proficient in using live chat software such as LiveAgent, Zendesk, or similar platforms
• Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is a plus
