📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and meet all regulatory requirements.,Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair work.,Develop and implement strategies to enhance property value and tenant satisfaction.,Monitor property performance metrics and report on key findings to senior management.,Conduct regular property inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Manage tenant relations, including lease renewals, lease-ups, and tenant satisfaction surveys.,Collaborate with the marketing team to attract and retain high-quality tenants.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in property management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in property management, preferably in a commercial or mixed-use environment.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian property laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English and Indonesian.,Familiarity with property management software and systems.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
