📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire the best candidates.,Conduct job analyses and create accurate job descriptions to ensure we are hiring the right people for the right roles.,Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Schedule and conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to assess their fit for the role and our company culture.,Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS) to streamline the recruitment process.,Provide guidance and support to new hires during the onboarding process to ensure a positive and productive start.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.,Strong understanding of the Indonesian job market and recruitment practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.,Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with HRIS and other HR technologies is a plus.
