📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Deliver high-quality instruction in Economics and Business Management according to the Cambridge or IBDP curriculum.,Develop and implement engaging and effective lesson plans that align with the curriculum and student needs.,Assess and evaluate student performance using appropriate methods and provide constructive feedback.,Collaborate with colleagues to plan and deliver interdisciplinary projects and initiatives.,Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in Economics and Business Management and incorporate relevant topics into the curriculum.,Participate in school-wide events and activities to support the overall educational experience of our students.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student grades and attendance.,Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and success.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

A Master's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field is required.,At least 5 years of teaching experience in Economics and Business Management, preferably within the Cambridge or IBDP curriculum.,Strong knowledge of the Cambridge or IBDP curriculum and assessment criteria.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with students and colleagues.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,A passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.,Experience in using educational technology and online learning platforms is a plus.,A valid teaching certification or license is required.
