You will also be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our IT systems and networks. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support and assistance to employees and clients,Maintain and troubleshoot IT systems and networks,Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware,Monitor and maintain network security,Provide training and support to new employees,Document and track IT issues and resolutions,Work with other IT team members to resolve complex issues,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends and technologies

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT support,Strong knowledge of IT systems and networks,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with IT security best practices,Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies
