📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and implement quality assurance strategies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Conduct inspections and audits of manufacturing processes to identify and address quality issues.
Perform root cause analysis to identify the underlying causes of quality problems and develop corrective actions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product quality and reduce defects.
Monitor and analyze quality metrics to assess the effectiveness of quality assurance initiatives.
Provide training and guidance to junior staff on quality assurance best practices.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in quality assurance methodologies.
Ensure all quality assurance activities are documented and reported accurately.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
Strong knowledge of quality assurance standards and regulations, such as ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other relevant certifications.
Proven experience in conducting inspections, audits, and root cause analysis.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
