In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR team in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR administration. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing employee concerns.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations and support business objectives.,Assist in the preparation and distribution of HR reports and documentation.,Support the HR team in organizing and participating in HR-related events and activities.,Provide administrative support to the HR Manager as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR or a related field, preferably in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
