As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products to potential customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Promote and sell our products to potential customers in the Jember area.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service and support to existing customers.,Collect and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other sales-related events.,Submit regular sales reports and updates to the sales manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in field sales or a related role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and exceeding expectations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong knowledge of the local market and customer base in Jember.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
