You will also be involved in scheduling and dispatching vehicles, as well as managing vehicle maintenance and repairs.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Manage and coordinate the company's vehicle fleet, ensuring all vehicles are in optimal condition and available for use.
  • Schedule and dispatch vehicles for various business needs.
  • Oversee vehicle maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  • Monitor fuel consumption and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Manage vehicle insurance and registration, ensuring all documents are up-to-date.
  • Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Provide training and support to drivers and other staff on vehicle care and maintenance.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with fleet management software and tools.
  • Valid driver's license is a plus.
