In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our employees. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop training programs that align with the company's goals and objectives,Identify training needs and develop solutions to address them,Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed,Collaborate with other departments to ensure training programs are relevant and effective,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in learning and development,Create and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and multimedia content

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a related field,Strong knowledge of learning theories and instructional design principles,Excellent communication and presentation skills,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously,Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) is a plus,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools
