ECHO Nusantara is seeking a talented Fleet Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia, with occasional visits to our office in Pematangsiantar.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are maintained and operated efficiently.,Oversee the scheduling and routing of vehicles, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods and personnel.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption, identifying areas for improvement and implementing cost-saving measures.,Maintain relationships with vehicle service providers, ensuring timely and cost-effective maintenance and repairs.,Conduct regular vehicle inspections, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.,Provide training and support to drivers, ensuring they are knowledgeable and skilled in the operation of the vehicles.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless transportation operations, such as logistics and operations.,Maintain accurate records of vehicle usage, maintenance, and repairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance, repair, and operation.,Proficiency in using fleet management software and other relevant tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
