📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of production processes,Ensure that production schedules are met and that quality standards are maintained,Monitor and control production costs to ensure profitability,Train and mentor production staff to improve performance and productivity,Conduct regular inspections to identify and address any issues or concerns,Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations,Maintain accurate records of production data and performance metrics

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in a related field,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production management role,Strong knowledge of production management software and tools,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms
