VXI Global Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Audit and Compliance Specialist to join our team. This is a remote position based in Bali, offering a competitive salary package.

In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our operations comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies. You will also conduct audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Conducting audits to ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Monitoring and reporting on compliance activities.
  • Providing guidance and support to other team members on compliance matters.
  • Staying up-to-date with changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Preparing and presenting audit findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Ensuring that all audit and compliance activities are documented and recorded.
  • Participating in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our compliance program.

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in audit and compliance, preferably in the BT or Panorama software.
  • Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Knowledge of Indonesian language is a plus.
