United Overseas Bank (UOB) is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Infrastructure Support Officer to join our team. This is a remote position based in Bali, Indonesia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure, providing technical support to the organization, and contributing to the continuous improvement of our IT systems.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 2 and 3 technical support for IT infrastructure issues, including servers, networks, and storage systems.,Monitor and maintain the performance and availability of IT infrastructure, ensuring minimal downtime.,Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery exercises to ensure data integrity and business continuity.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new IT solutions and upgrades.,Develop and maintain documentation for IT infrastructure, including configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.,Participate in incident management and problem-solving activities to resolve complex IT issues.,Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in IT infrastructure and support.,Provide training and guidance to junior staff members in the IT support team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure support, with a strong background in server and network administration.,Professional certifications in IT infrastructure, such as Cisco, Microsoft, or CompTIA, are a plus.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.,Familiarity with cloud-based IT infrastructure and services is a plus.,Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices is a plus.,Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is required.
