As an Islamic Education Guru at Pondok Pesantren Al-Hikmah Bangka Belitung, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality Islamic education to students. You will teach subjects such as Qur'an, Hadith, Akidah, Fiqh, and other relevant Islamic studies. Your daily tasks will include lesson planning, conducting classes, and providing guidance to students. You will also be involved in extracurricular activities, community service, and mentoring programs to ensure holistic development.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Deliver high-quality Islamic education to students through lesson planning and conducting classes.
• Teach subjects such as Qur'an, Hadith, Akidah, Fiqh, and other relevant Islamic studies.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to students to ensure their holistic development.
• Participate in extracurricular activities, community service, and mentoring programs.
• Maintain a nurturing and supportive learning environment.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in Islamic education and teaching methodologies.
• Promote the values of Islam and character development among students.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Islamic Studies, Education, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching Islamic education.
• Deep understanding of Islamic teachings and a strong commitment to their preservation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Passion for Islamic education and a desire to nurture future leaders.
• Familiarity with educational software and tools such as Google Classroom, Zoom, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to conduct classes in both Indonesian and Arabic languages.
