📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of acute care services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, doctors, and support staff, to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives to improve service quality, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Manage patient flow, resource allocation, and staff scheduling to optimize service delivery.
• Collaborate with senior management to set and achieve operational goals and objectives.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the success of operational initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, such as those set by the Indonesian Ministry of Health and other relevant authorities.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the healthcare operations team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare operations, preferably in acute care settings.
• Certification in Healthcare Management (CHM) or a similar professional certification is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
• Proficient in using healthcare management software, such as Epic, Cerner, or similar systems.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
