📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage pharmacy operations, including stock control and medication dispensing.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to patients on medication use and potential side effects.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal treatment outcomes.
- Conduct patient consultations and assess medication needs.
- Monitor and report on pharmacy performance and inventory levels.
- Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical developments and industry trends.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and pharmacy standards.
- Train and mentor junior staff to maintain high standards of service.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution.
- Active and valid pharmacy license.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a pharmacy setting.
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with pharmacy management software such as PharmaSoft or Medisys.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
