📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and process online orders efficiently using Shopify and other relevant e-commerce platforms.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are up-to-date.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to promote online sales.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in e-commerce, sales administration, or a related role.
• Proven experience with Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.) is a plus.
• Certification in e-commerce or sales administration is a plus.
