📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment and systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery and systems
- Ensure all equipment is in good working order and comply with safety regulations
- Assist in the planning and scheduling of maintenance activities
- Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and equipment status
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure smooth facility operations
- Participate in emergency response and crisis management activities
- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations and maintenance
- Knowledge of maintenance procedures and safety regulations
- Familiarity with maintenance software such as SAP or Maximo
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles
