As the Head of Communications, APAC, you will play a pivotal role in driving Stripe's communications strategy in the Asia-Pacific region. You will be responsible for developing and executing communications plans that align with business objectives, while ensuring consistent messaging and brand representation.

Tanggung Jawab:

Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy for the APAC region, in collaboration with senior leadership.

Lead a team of communications professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.

Craft and distribute compelling, accurate, and engaging content across all channels, including press releases, blog posts, social media, and events.

Build and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, and key stakeholders in the APAC region.

Monitor and analyze communications performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the communications field.

Represent Stripe at industry events, conferences, and other relevant gatherings.

Ensure compliance with all relevant communications regulations and guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.

10+ years of experience in communications, with a strong focus on strategic planning and execution.

Proven track record of successfully managing communications teams and projects.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.

Strong understanding of digital communications, including social media, content marketing, and SEO.

Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment.

Strong leadership and team management skills.
